Refund Policy

We stand by our work, but refunds are only granted in specific cases. Here's a breakdown:

General Refund Terms

We offer a 100% refund only under certain conditions. Refunds are not granted if:

• A custom or discounted package was selected
• Revisions have already been requested beyond the first version
• You become unresponsive for more than 14 days
• You choose to pause or cancel the project
• You break any part of these terms
• Your brief is missing critical information
• You’ve changed your business name or are closing your business
• You’ve had a change of mind or an unrelated disagreement

Change of Mind

If we haven’t started work on your project yet, you can request a full refund. However, if an order was placed and a refund is requested before the project starts, a 25% processing fee will be deducted. Once the project is on working stages then the Change of mind Policy voids.

Incompetent Delivery

If the final product doesn’t match your documented requirements, we’ll revise it as many times as needed. If you’re still not satisfied, a partial refund may be offered after mutual discussion.

Late Delivery

Refunds for delays will only be considered if:

• The delay is directly caused by The Authors Central.
• You can provide documentation showing our responsibility for the delay.

Minor issues like typos or missing elements will be handled with partial refunds or service discounts.

Refund Limitations

• No refunds are offered once a project is completed.
• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Authors Central.
